Lancaster High School is designed to offer a pleasant, orderly, and safe environment for all students. Students will find a distinctive approach to education at Lancaster High School. Students will be placed within a "House" and guided by a group of core teachers during the freshman year. A career path will be chosen by each student prior to their sophomore year. Teachers are creative in designing lessons that instruct in fundamental concepts, yet allow for the unique learning style of each student to make learning enjoyable. A unique schedule allows students to learn in longer blocks of time each day, while taking only three classes per day. Extensive use of technology will be part of the instruction. Students are required to follow a comprehensive dress policy, which focuses more attention on the educational experiences offered at Lancaster High School.
