Expectations for students are very high. Students are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects self-discipline, citizenship, courtesy, and eagerness to learn. Lancaster High School requires the following of each student:
Doing your best in and out of the classroom.
Enrolling in a chosen career path program by the sophomore year.
Learning how to use technology.
Understanding why we have blocks on instructional time that differ in length from traditional periods.
Enrolling in tutorial programs if you receive a sub-par grade.
Wearing approved school clothing.
Adhering to the honor code and conducting yourself with dignity at all times.
Participating in extra-curricular activities or community service functions.
Completing a short project during your senior year where you cite the need for something in community, showing reasons and possible methods of implementation.
