Eden Agricultural Chemical Co. and Incineration

A partnership for the community.

Working for the town of Fruitvale for more than 40 years.

Eden Agricultural Chemical Company has been a major influence in the community for years. Our reputation for safety and economic growth for Fruitvale is unprecedented!

Eden Agricultural Chemical Company proposes to construct an incinerator on our existing plant site. The area of contamination will be excavated and incinerated at our facility.

Burning hazardous wastes renders them permanently nontoxic to the environment and reduces the waste's volume by 100 to 300 times.

As defined by the prevailing environmental standards, the incinerator will be rated odor free, dust free and smoke free.

To assure the safety of the community the incinerator will meet guidelines set forth by the following regulatory commissions: CAA, TSCA, NPDES, NCA, RCRA and USDOT.

Once the incinerator is built (3 months), the burning of the contaminated soil at 3000 lbs/hour will completely take care of the Fruitvale problem in 6 to 9 months.

The cost of this process to clean up Fruitvale will be $0 to the community. Eden Agricultural Chemical Company will bear all of the expenses.
